Since the beginning of 2024, we have replaced our old oil heating system with two air-water heat pumps, thus ensuring efficient use of energy.

In addition, the south-facing half of the roof was equipped with a total of 182 solar panels (74 kWp) in order to generate natural solar energy using the power of the sun and to access the “green” electricity as needed via the newly purchased 42 kW battery storage system.

For us, the in-house production and use of electricity from 100 percent renewable energy represents an environmentally friendly and independent way of energy supply.

We optimize our energy balance by saving energy costs, eliminating our dependence on fossil fuels and ultimately reducing our carbon footprint.

In this way, we are completing our ecological approach, which we started in 2021 with the establishment of 2 electric charging stations (a third Wallbox was added in 2024) and the replacement of our entire lighting system with LED technology.
